1. Oil pumps:can start and adjust the flow rate according to different power, to avoid the postpone for that equipment checking. Pump out the oil, flow through rough and fine filters, finally to the device requested to be washed.
2.Flow adjust valve:control the outlet of oil pump to meet different large capacity of turbines washing.
3.Swirl washing:oil pump pumps the oil to this device, oil forms strong swirl, which can clean the dirties of the inner surface of the pipes.
4.Rough filter:Can filter out 10μm and up particles.Â
5.Magnetic filters:Can filter out the iron matters of the oil.Â
6.Fine filter:Can filter out 3μm and more less particles of the oil under condition of no stopping the device. Â
7.Heater:Heat the oil temperature.
8.Control system:To control the oil pump motor, heaters etc.
9. Meter:Pressure meter, temperature meter, which monitor the washing pressure, flow and oil temperature.
10.Sampling valve:To sample the oil and check the oil quality. Â
11. Main technical specification:Washing flow to be 200-800m3/h, the pressure of oil pump is 0.7mPa(adjustable)
