During the week of May 17-23, 2017, Shenzhen Waterma Battery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Votmaâ€) signed four major orders, and the order amount exceeded RMB 6.711 billion.
On May 23, 2017, Kennedy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Watermar, has signed a sales contract with Rongcheng Huatai Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huatai Automobileâ€) and Huatai Automobile will purchase from Waterma. With 10000 battery packs, the total contract value was as high as 783 million yuan.
On May 22, 2017, Wattmar also signed a sales contract with Hubei Century Zhongyuan Vehicle Co., Ltd. Century Century COSCO will purchase 41500 lithium iron phosphate battery packs from Waterma. The total contract value will reach 2.538 billion yuan.
In fact, on May 19th and May 17th, 2017, Wattmar also obtained purchase orders of Tang Jun Euzing and Chengdu Dayun Automobile respectively, with the total order amount of 518 million yuan and 2.862 billion yuan respectively.
According to the statistics of the senior electric vehicle network, since 2017, Wattmar has successively obtained power battery purchase orders from Huatai Automotive, Century COSCO, Dayun Automobile, Dongfeng, Hubei New Chufeng, Shenlong Bus and Zhongtong Bus. The total amount of the contract exceeded 10.31 billion yuan. And in the whole year of 2016, Wattmar achieved operating revenue of 7.519 billion yuan and net profit of 963 million yuan. Of which, the power battery business revenue was 6.283 billion yuan.
In view of this, in 2017 Wattmar's battery order contract amount has surpassed 2016 full-year operating income, which will have a positive impact on Wattmar's 2017 operating income and net profit. Not only that, but the sales of battery orders from Waterma in May only surpassed the total of 6.283 billion yuan in battery business revenue in 2016. The rapid growth is evident.
In addition, the senior electric car network noticed that Wattmar was ranked among the forefront of power battery companies in the power battery package of the top four new energy car recommended catalogs.
Among them, among the fourth batch of new energy vehicle promotion catalogues, there are a total of 9 special vehicles, 10 passenger cars and 1 passenger car in the models equipped with Waterma Battery. In the third promotion catalogue, 59 models equipped with Wattley power were selected. In addition, in the “Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises and Products†recently released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the number of models that are equipped with the Waterma Battery has been ranked in the top three for several consecutive times.
In order to meet the needs of orders and supporting markets, Watmar has also significantly accelerated the pace of its capacity expansion. Up till now, it has already started production of seven power battery production bases in Shenzhen, Weinan, Linyi, Shiyan, and Zhangzhou. It is understood that As of January 2017, the annual production capacity of Watermar has reached 12GWH, and it is expected that by the end of 2017, the power capacity of Waterma will reach 20GWh.
Membrane/Water Wall Material and Arrangement:
The
furnace and roof are made up of membrane water wall and hung on the
steel structure by upper hanging suspender of water cooling upper
header. Furnace intersecting surface is 3170×5290mm2 and
the elevation of top furnace is 28877mm. The membrane water wall is
made up of φ60×5 and 6×45 welding steel flat. The combustion chamber is
made of φ60×4 steel tube and welded with pin to fasten refractory
material. The upper part of combustion chamber connects with furnace
membrane water wall. The lower part connects with water cooling wind
chamber and water cooling air distributor. The water cooling wind
chamber is made up of φ60 steel tube and welded with pins to fasten the
refractory material. The water cooling distributor is welded with
φ60 steel tube and 6X45 steel flat. The small holes on the steel flat
connects with the funnel cap.
The
furnace divides left, right, front and back water circulation circuit.
The steam leading tube is made up of φ133×5 and φ108×4.5 steel tube. The
downcomer is made up of φ108×4.5 steel tube. Install the blowdown valve
under the lower header to periodic blow down.
