The experiment was carried out in the furnace of Takahashi petrochemical paraffin hydrotreating furnace and the S-Zorb furnace. The new furnace realizes the optimized mixture of fuel gas and combustion air, and reduces the NOX emission in the flue gas. The thermal efficiency is increased by about 2%. After calibration, S-Zorb device furnace can save about 21,000 yuan per year sewage charges, waste heat recovery part of the annual savings of about 96.4 tons of gas, energy saving, emission reduction, significant synergies.
The overall project achievements achieved a breakthrough in flue gas denitrification and energy conservation in the furnace and provided valuable experience for the implementation of denitrification retrofits in similar projects in the future, demonstrating the effect of subsequent large-scale reheating furnaces on energy saving and emission reduction.
