SMG100H is a kind of medium size CNC ball grinding machine. The machine can automatically complete the surface grinding process in a single set-up and suitable for the ball parts ofφ260~φ630. The machine mainly consists of bed, column, spindle box and NC rotary table. Machine movements are as follows: the slide does the X-direction movement, column does the Z-direction movement and spindle box does the Y-direction movement.
Workpiece is fixed on the table which is fixed on the slide and rotaries with the table. Grinding head is installed on the spindle and the grinding process is completed through the grinding head and table rotation.
