The best weightlifting bars the world has to offer
The first Eleiko bar was made in the late 50's and when it was introduced it stunned the world with its quality. For the first time one single bar could be used in a competition without being rejected because it was bent or cracked. Of course since then our bars have been developed, following new technology and IWF stringent specifications. The Eleiko bar is still today produced from an especially hardened steel alloy that has been used since the beginning of the 60's when this unique combination of material and heating process was developed.
Precision crafted
The Eleiko bar is made from high quality steel by experienced, skilled craftsmen. Each Eleiko bar is subjected to rigid quality control procedures to ensure that every bar meets the highest standard for quality and durability.
Eleiko Guarantee
Every Eleiko bar manufactured undergoes a stringent quality procedure. Each bar is placed in a vice and bent with an hydraulic jack subjecting a force of 1500 kg. No bar will ever be bent that much during competition or training. The bar must spring back to an exact straightness with a maximum deviation of no more than 0.5 mm. The same procedure is repeated on the sleeves but with a force of 2500 kg.
