Standard Orders
(Orders under 150lbs)

AHPEquipment.com processes orders 7 days a week. Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase and if your order is placed before 2:00pm Eastern Time your order will usually ship the same say. All domestic orders within the continental 48 U.S. will ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or standard USPS.  UPS and FedEx ground service normally arrives in 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. For faster processing and delivery you can also have your order shipped via one of the following methods:

All items are shipped with a verified tracking number and delivery confirmation.  If you place the order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday then it will ship on the next business day. For precise shipping information please feel free to contact customer service.

 

Freight Orders
(Orders Over 150lbs, Large Ticket Items, and/or Oversized Items)

Large items, due to their size, weight and dimensions may not be shipped by standard ground service and instead go by freight.  Shipping for oversized and large ticket items will be calculated by AHP Equipment’s shipping department. AHP Equipment uses only the best freight companies to ensure you the most expedient shipping experience.  Feel free to contact us for your personal shipping quote. The shipping charges for these items must be calculated for each order, and AHP Equipment will search for the safest, most dependable and least expensive method to get these items to your destination. If you do order one of these items, we will contact you within one business day and let you know what the shipping cost will be. You may then approve or disapprove the shipping charges before your credit card is charged.

 

Military / PO Box / Alaska / Hawaii Shipping

Unless the order is shipped via freight most Military/PO Box/Alaska/Hawaii orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail**.  All USPS shipping charges will be calculated by AHP Equipment and added to the order.  Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses are subject to additional charges. International orders are also subject to additional charges. You will be notified of any fees that do not conform with our standard rate shipping policies. If you’d prefer to call Customer Service to place your Alaska, Hawaii, military or international order, a representative will gladly assist you: 1-800-247-8567.

Shipping FAQ’s

What carriers do you use to ship orders?
The carrier we use to ship products to you depends on the amount and weight of items ordered. The majority of orders are shipped using our primary carrier, UPS.  Most orders over 150 lbs, and certain other large items, can only be shipped via a freight carrier due to cost and weight.

* Please note that Freight shipments have different terms then that of UPS. Customers are required to handle the unloading of items from the trucks, rather then the shipping company. The exception will be if the customer selects lift gate and/or inside delivery service.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.

Why does my order have to go freight carrier?
Your order may have to ship freight carrier if the total weight of your order exceeds 300 lbs. Likewise, the size and weight of some products automatically defaults it as a freight only order.

How long before my order ships?
Most of our items are kept in stock and will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.  However, some special orders and commercial equipment are made to order and thus may have a lead time of 4-8 weeks.  For more detailed information please feel free to contact customer support at 800-247-8567.

My order is shipping through a freight carrier, when can I expect it to arrive?
Order shipped via freight carrier can take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. You will be provided with detailed tracking information (if available from the freight company) and contact information for the carrier.

Do you offer white glove delivery and installation?
Yes, we offer white glove delivery on all our products.  If you need custom installation and assembly please feel free to contact our customer service team with any questions or for your customized quote. 

If my order goes freight do you offer different freight options?
Yes, all freight orders have the options of standard freight, lift-gate, or inside delivery.  Please feel free to contact our shipping department for detailed information and questions.

How can I track the status of my order?
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to your email address when your order ships.  If your order ships via freight your email with also include any additional contact information for the freight carrier.
