Vacuum rake dryer
The vacuum rake dryer designed and manufactured by Sanmenxia Biotech Drying Engineering Co., Ltd. is mainly used for the drying of explosive, easily oxidized, paste-like materials. Operating under high vacuum, the boiling point of the solvent is reduced while the air is isolated, avoiding oxidation and overheating during material drying.
The working principle is as follows: In a horizontal cylinder of a dryer, a stirring shaft and stirring blades are installed. The jacket, stirring shaft and stirring blade of the barrel can all pass into the heating medium. Under the action of stirring, the material is fully mixed and exchanged in the barrel. The solvent vapor is discharged through the vacuum port on the shell and passed through the bag filter. Dust, enter the condenser to condense and recover. After the drying requirement is reached, the machine stops and the material is discharged from the discharge port at the lower part of the cylinder, and then the operation of the next batch of material is performed. Intermittent operation, circular cylinders, and precision machining of dynamic and static seal points enable the device to achieve a high degree of vacuum. Depending on the nature of the material, the inner wall of the barrel, the mixing shaft, etc. can be mirror polished.
This device has the following features:

Drum dryer
The tumble dryer is an indirect heating continuous drying machine. The material forms a layer of uniform film on the heat transfer surface, which is dried as the roller rotates. It is removed at the discharge point by a scraper to obtain a finished powder or sheet product. The specially designed cloth device makes the film uniform and adjustable in thickness, suitable for paste-like, porridge-like viscous materials. The material has a short residence time at high temperatures and will not overheat. Compared with the direct drying of hot air, the drum dryer does not require a powder separation device, nor waste gas to take away a lot of heat, and the operating cost is low.
According to the different materials, there are three ways of fabric:
1, multi-pressure roller cloth:
A plurality of pressure rollers are arranged on the outer surface of the roller, and the gap between the roller and the roller surface can be conveniently adjusted. The number of rollers and the gap control the film thickness. This type of cloth is particularly suitable for sticky porridge-like materials such as az starch, baby foods, potato chips, fruit slices, and the like.
2, the middle roll fabric:
The middle roller is immersed in the material tank, and the middle roller rotates to bring up the slurry, and then the material film is placed on the surface of the roller, which is suitable for the heat-sensitive material, and avoids the roller and the material liquid from contacting and heating for a long time.
3, immersed fabrics:
The drum is directly immersed in the liquid, and the drum rotates naturally to form a film, which is suitable for general paste-like non-thermosensitive materials.
