Operating Principle
The wire is conveyed through the wire-inlet rollers and the wire-outlet rollers, and the cutting and stripping process is completed by the knife rack assembly, all controlled by microcomputer technology.
Main Function of Each Part
- Wire-inlet Rollers: For conveying wires and stripping wire heads.
- Wire-outlet Rollers: For conveying wires and stripping wire tails.
- Knife Rack Assembly: For wire cutting, head stripping, and tail stripping.
- Wire-inlet Gap Adjusting Rollers: For adjusting the wire-inlet gap; turn down to decrease and up to increase.
- Wire-outlet Gap Adjusting Rollers: For adjusting the wire-outlet gap; turn up to increase and down to decrease.
- Conduit Pipe Assembly: Ensures the wire moves smoothly and straight, preventing misalignment during the transfer from the inlet to the knife assembly.
Key Points for Operation
- Insert the wire into the wire inlet, pass it through the wire-inlet rollers and conduit pipe, then onto the knife edge.
- Adjust the wire-inlet gap using the wire-inlet gap adjusting rollers to ensure it is less than the outer diameter of the wire to be stripped, ensuring proper stripping of the insulation.
- Adjust the wire-outlet gap with the wire-outlet gap adjusting rollers, making sure it is less than the outer diameter of the wire. Adjust the wire breakage indicator light between on and off states, turning it half a circle. If the machine still stops due to wire knots, slightly reduce the gap.
