At the beginning of this year, the China Textile Machinery and Equipment Industry Association drafted and compiled the “12th Five-Year Development Guidance Opinions for the Textile Machinery Industry” (hereinafter referred to as the “Opinions”) in conjunction with the key objectives of the “12th Five-Year” development of the textile industry. The Opinions point out that by the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the main business income of the textile machinery industry will increase from 80 billion yuan in the final period of the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period to 120 billion yuan, an average annual increase of 7%.

The "Opinions" clearly stated that during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, the textile machinery industry must focus on the following eight tasks: actively promote structural adjustment of the textile machinery industry, develop high-end textile technology and equipment, establish a scientific and technological innovation system, and improve the manufacturing technology level of the textile machinery industry. , Improve product reliability, develop and stabilize talents, increase brand value, and establish a sound public service system for the industry. Among them, the development of high-end textile technology and equipment will be the focus of product development in the next five years. The main contents include: focusing on the development of eight types of high-end textile technical equipment, accelerating the research and development and industrialization of 50 textile machinery products and technologies, and actively promoting 38 advanced applications and technologies for textile machinery in seven fields.

In the group discussion during the meeting, participants generally agreed that the 50 R&D and industrialization projects of textile machinery products and technologies listed in the Opinions, and 38 advanced application products and technology promotion projects for textile machinery are both comprehensive and Emphasis on key points, both the development of forward-looking and not out of touch with reality. Most companies can find suitable development projects for them and participate in the implementation of the 12th Five-Year Plan.
