This BZW-2TP+N automatic ribbon cable terminal crimping machine is designed for high-efficiency production of various types of ribbon cables. It supports a wide range of connectors such as PH, XH, EH, ZH, SCN, SM, VH, DuPont, and other strip connectors and communication terminals.
The machine features an eccentric shaft and cam transmission system, ensuring stable operation and consistent crimping force. This leads to excellent crimping quality and a high yield rate of finished products.
Equipped with a servo motor, the machine ensures precise control over the movement of the ribbon cable, resulting in accurate terminal crimping. The crimping direction on both ends of the wire can be adjusted using a steering mechanism, offering greater flexibility.
With full automation, the machine handles wire division, cutting, stripping, and crimping all in one process, reducing labor costs and increasing productivity. It can produce up to 18,000 pieces per hour, operating continuously for 24 hours a day.
The user-friendly touch screen interface makes it easy to set parameters and operate the machine. A single operator can manage multiple machines at the same time, making it ideal for large-scale manufacturing environments.
