China Drying Network The Chongqing Liangjiang New Area announced on December 26 that Chongqing Hantai Tire Co., Ltd., which invested nearly 300 million U.S. dollars, has started the construction of a PCR project for the second-phase passenger car tire production line.
The PCR project plans to invest 298 million U.S. dollars in the production of passenger car tires. It is expected to be completed and put into production by the end of 2014, when it will form an annual production capacity of 6 million semi-steel radial tires (passenger tires).
Prior to this, Chongqing Hantai Tire Co., Ltd.'s tire (Train) tire TBR plant project has been completed and put into production, forming a production scale of 2400 pieces per day per day, with an accumulated production value of 810 million yuan. After the second phase of the project is put into operation, the plant will have 16,000 tires for Nissan passenger cars.
