If you need samples, we are happy to provide them for free. However, new clients are expected to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.

Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawings, 2D or 3D CAD models. If a 3D CAD model is available, tooling development will be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still create approved samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make castings based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer for chemical property monitoring, a tensile test machine for mechanical property control, and UT Sonic as an NDT method to check for internal defects in the castings.
