Description
The MS series pumps are single stage, double suction, horizontal split case pumps designed for high volume water transfer in a wide range of applications. These pumps are available in 43 sizes ranging from 80mm to 400mm discharge and can handle capacities up to 4000 cubic meters per hour with heads up to 160 meters. The design allows for easy maintenance with simple assembly/disassembly (no special tools required). Major wear components and replaceable parts are easily accessible, allowing for quick replacement without removing the suction and discharge piping.

Adopts a horizontal, vertical axis medium open type double pump shell structure with lining made of cemented carbide or rubber, offering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high reliability. High efficiency hard alloy and low NPSH make it suitable for various operating conditions. A brief type structure bearing part is used with high bearing capacity design and alloy bearing grease lubrication oil. The clearance between the protection board and impeller can be adjusted to ensure efficient operation. It uses packing seal, impeller sealing, and container-type mechanical seal to adapt to different operational requirements. The pump and drive can be connected via straight league transmission, triangle, hydraulic transmission device, or reducer drive. The outflow direction can be installed at eight angles to suit different site installation conditions. Multiple series are available to meet long-distance transmission needs.
