Product Introduction:
The PTCZ series chemical process pump is a high-performance centrifugal pump designed by our company based on the IH pump with advanced foreign technology. It features a horizontal, radial split, back pull-out, and single-stage single-suction structure. Compliant with AP1610, ISO2858, and DIN24256 standards, it surpasses traditional IH pumps in performance. The pump uses column rolling bearings and back-to-back thrust bearings for high load capacity, with oil lubrication. The shaft diameter is robust, ensuring stable operation. Shaft sealing options include mechanical seals or soft packing to meet various conditions. Axial force is balanced using back vanes or balance holes, and double-wear passage design is used for larger radial forces. The entire frame includes the shaft, impeller, seal, and pump cover, allowing maintenance without dismantling pipelines. When a spacer coupling is used, the motor does not need to be removed. Pump flanges are available in PN16 and PN25 pressure grades and comply with ANSI standards.
It is ideal for transporting low or high temperature liquids, neutral or corrosive liquids, clean or solid-containing liquids. Widely used in chemical, petrochemical, refining, papermaking, pulp, sugar production, and other industries requiring special media.
