New Ferrara deliveries

Ferrara Fire Apparatus recently delivered three new fire apparatus to local departments, with a fourth unit expected to arrive soon. Each of these units is equipped with advanced features designed to enhance response capabilities and operational efficiency. The Calumet Park Fire Department recently took delivery of a 2011 HD100 rear-mount tower ladder, built on an HME Spectr chassis (H-4681). This unit comes with a 1,500-GPM pump and 300 gallons of water capacity, making it well-suited for high-rise and complex fire incidents. The truck was showcased in a recent photo, highlighting its impressive 100-foot ladder and modern design. Glenside Fire District also received a 2011 Ferrara Igniter pumper (H-4574), featuring a 1,500-GPM pump and 1,000 gallons of water. This engine is ideal for urban and suburban firefighting, offering reliable performance and a compact, efficient layout. The unit was recently unveiled and has already been put into service by the department. Huntley Fire District welcomed a 2011 Ferrara engine mounted on an Ember chassis (H-4717), equipped with a 1,500-GPM pump and 750 gallons of water. Known for its durability and versatility, this unit is set to support emergency operations across the district. A photo of the new engine was shared, showing its rugged build and professional appearance. With these new additions, each department is enhancing its fleet with cutting-edge technology and improved functionality, ensuring better safety and quicker response times for their communities.

Concrete Reclaimer System

The Concrete Reclaimer System is the core equipment of concrete recycling system.

It is mainly used to separate the sewage in washing tanker and gravel remaining in concrete.

The equipment combines drum-type with spiral separation character.

It greatly improves former damageable parts.

Simple Operation & Intelligent Control

The washing system can be divided into one truck and double trucks system. It can increase or decrease according to customer`s requirements. The system allows increasing to five trucks at the same time utmost.

When the mixer car back to the set parking, the system will inject water and flush automatically. After roller washing, pour the waste water into the feeding hopper directly. Then clean and separate in the separator, and the separated materials were sent to the outlet respectively. Overflow water flows into sedimentation tank from the drainage ditch, then withdraw back by pump after three stages precipitation, and then recycle. The whole cleaning process of the mixing truck is about five minutes.
