Observing the development of the overspeed protection function detector for car amusement facilities

The identification results are at the domestic leading level.

The appraisal meeting was hosted by the Guangdong Measurement Control Technology and Equipment Application Promotion Association and the Guangzhou Instrument and Control Society. The appraisal committee consisted of 7 experts from Guangdong Measurement Control Technology and Equipment Application Promotion Association and South China University of Technology. After completing the technical work summary report of the project completion unit, and watching the demonstration of the technical achievements, after consulting the relevant materials, the appraisal committee considered that the project aimed at the detection of the overspeed protection function of the DC speed-adjusted car amusement facilities, and proposed an external variable frequency drive. Simulated detection method for overspeed protection function of amusement facilities, developed a detector for overspeed protection function of amusement facilities, which can realize quantitative detection of the movement of the overspeed protection device of the amusement facility and the braking response time of the amusement facility by simulating the overspeed condition of the amusement facility. The output parameters of motor speed, current, voltage, power, torque, etc. are detected, which realizes the portability and networking of the detector, and has the characteristics of high accuracy, high automation level and convenient carrying.

The project has applied for 6 patents and 2 software copyrights. The research and development of the amusement equipment overspeed protection function tester has met the requirements of the relevant departments by the relevant departments, and the user's use reflects well, and achieves good social and economic benefits. The appraisal committee unanimously agreed to pass the scientific and technological achievements appraisal, and considered that the project results are innovative, and reached the domestic leading level in the development of the overspeed protection vehicle detection facilities for overspeed protection.
