PVC Pipe Making Machine
The PVC pipe making machine is a comprehensive production line designed for manufacturing UPVC and PVC pipes of various diameters and wall thicknesses. It is widely used in agricultural irrigation systems, construction plumbing, water supply, drainage, and electrical conduit applications.
This production line includes a conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutter, and stacker. The extruder is equipped with a Siemens Beide motor and an ABB inverter, ensuring high performance and efficiency. Both the vacuum pump and traction motor use advanced technology to guarantee stable operation.
The haul-off machine comes in multiple models suitable for different pipe diameters, such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, and six-claw types. For cutting, options include lift blade type and dust-free cutting type, offering flexibility based on specific needs. Our PVC pipe extrusion line ensures reliable performance and high productivity.
Our extrusion lines can produce PVC pipes ranging from 16mm to 630mm in diameter, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.
Process Flow:
PVC powder + additive → mixing
Spring feeder → twin screw extruder → mold → vacuum calibration machine → haul-off machine → cutting machine → stacker
After mixing the raw material with additives, the mixed powder is fed into the extruder via a spring feeder or vacuum feeder. After extrusion, soft hot pipes are produced by the mold and then enter the vacuum calibration tank, as shown in the pictures below:
The vacuum calibration tank helps maintain the pipe's shape and cool it down. It consists of one or more water pumps, one or more vacuum pumps, and several rows of spray nozzles. After cooling and forming, the pipes are pulled forward by the haul-off machine. This machine has multiple claws (two, three, four, or even eight) depending on the pipe diameter. The image below shows a three-claw haul-off machine suitable for pipes with a diameter not exceeding 250mm.
Next is the cutter, which cuts the pipes to the desired length. There are various types of cutting methods available, including the standard cutter, planetary cutter, and dust-free cutter, each suited for different pipe types. The image below shows a planetary-type cutter:

2. Our machines come with a 12-month warranty from the date of installation at your factory. During this period, if any parts (excluding easily damaged ones) are damaged under normal operation, we will provide free replacement parts. After the warranty period, we offer spare parts at cost price.
