At this time, the air compressor cooling effect will be seriously reduced, causing the air compressor to over-temperature alarm and stop. In order to solve the above problems, it is necessary to regularly clean the dirt on the inner wall of the air compressor cooling pipe.

1 Working principle and its advantages The dirt generated on the inner wall of the air compressor cooler pipe is alkaline, and it needs to be neutralized with an acidic cleaning agent to make the dirt dissolve in water.

The particles of the foreign matter that cannot be neutralized and chemically reacted with the acidic cleaning agent are cleaned by a sieve. For cleaning, use s-310 fine water cleaning agent with a concentration of about 10%.

1.1 The composition of the cleaner The device consists of a cleaning agent container with a volume of 0.8 m3 and an acid-resistant volute water pump, a motor with a power of 1.5 kW and a rated voltage of 380 V and a pipeline. The cleaning agent container has two upper and lower nozzles with a diameter of 80 mm.

1.2 Working principle The suction side of the volute water pump is connected to the lower nozzle of the cleaning agent container. After the motor is energized, the volute pump is driven. The water outlet side of the pump produces a cleaning fluid with pressure (0.7 MPa) and passes through the hose and air compressor inlet gate valve. Connected and pressed the cleaning agent into the air compressor cooling line. The rust and debris particles inside the pipeline with the cleaning agent are returned from the drain gate valve through the hose to the washer vessel. Finally, close the inlet and outlet valves of the air compressor, remove the washer to connect the hose and the motor power, and then push the washer to the idle position, and the cleaning is completed.

In order to make the equipment easy to operate, put all the equipment on the self-processing cart. When cleaning the air compressor, just push it to the air compressor to be cleaned and connect the pipeline to clean it. There is no need to manually remove and install the cooler. This design not only saves the pipeline material for cleaning, but also saves the space occupied by the washer, saves labor and reduces the labor intensity of the staff, and has good practicability, feasibility and safety.

1.3 Precautions The acid concentration of the cleaning agent should not exceed 15%. Otherwise, it will accelerate the corrosion of the cooler circuit.
