Before the overhaul, a special organization shall be set up to carry out a comprehensive system of hazard identification and risk assessment on the overhauled equipment, clarify their respective responsibilities, accomplish the tasks clearly, and conduct unified leadership, planning, and unified command over the overhaul. The second is to establish parking, maintenance, driving plans and safety measures for the maintenance of the equipment; each inspection has clear requirements and precautions, and a full-time staff is responsible. The third is to conduct on-site safety inspections and safety education for the attending maintenance personnel, clarifying the contents, steps, methods, and quality requirements for inspections; and conduct safety training and assessment for each type of work. After passing the examination, they can participate in maintenance work.
The process of overhauling petrochemical plants is mainly moving fire, conducting limited space operations, working at heights, etc. Therefore, in these processes, it must be ensured that safety measures are put in place and that various operating procedures are complete, and safety supervisors must be on the construction site. In addition, on-site civilized construction and inspection are very important. The articles and materials used for construction must be arranged neatly, and the unsafe hidden dangers on the site must be dealt with in a timely manner.
