This system combines a Roots pump as a booster and a rotary vane pump as a backing pump. The exhaust from the Roots pump is connected to the suction side of the backing pump, enabling high pumping speed at higher vacuum levels. The unit is equipped with an air cooling system, a cooling water system, vacuum valves, ventilation valves, compensators, and a vacuum meter. It is highly efficient, reliable, and consumes less power. It can be customized and mounted on base frames for immediate use or offered on trailers to meet user requirements. The DYK unit is widely used in vacuum metallurgy, vacuum drying, welding, chemical processes, laboratories, power stations, and other industrial vacuum applications, especially for vacuum transformers and other electrical equipment operations.
