The project carried out in-depth research on the anti-tampering monitoring technology of metering devices, developed a loop status inspection instrument, and developed a special anti-tampering measuring instrument based on anti-DC and RF tag implant technology, which can effectively prevent the use of transformers and measurement II. Sub-circuit technology defect steals electricity; researches data mining classification and correlation technology in the application of anti-stealing, establishes the electricity stealing evaluation model; develops a practical anti-tampering electricity simulation experiment platform, and provides hardware for anti-electricity research Experimental environment; studied the technology and strategy of differential anti-tampering, developed real-time monitoring and forensics devices for electricity use; established a power system steal prevention system and a timely, accurate, and automatic alarm mechanism, forming an effective anti-theft system.

The research results of the project were successfully applied in Sichuan, Hubei, Shandong, Jiangsu, and Henan, and gradually expanded the scope of application of the pilot project, which has broad application prospects.
