According to the announcement, both parties agreed to cooperate to build a 1.1 million tons/year soda ash project for Qinghai Scattered Alkali Industry Co., Ltd. by increasing capital and expanding shares. After the capital increase and share expansion, the target company's registered capital increased from 183.69 million yuan to 745 million yuan, of which Sanyou Chemicals invested 380 million yuan, accounting for 51% of the total registered capital. The total investment of Qinghai Colourful Mining Co., Ltd. is 365 million yuan, accounting for 49% of the total registered capital.
Sanyou Chemical stated that this move will make full use of the abundant low-cost raw salt, chemical raw materials and limestone resources in Qinghai Province, which will help the company expand the Qinghai and Northwest markets, expand the company’s production and market scale, and increase the company’s market share and comprehensive competitiveness. .
