QDX Single Phase Multi-Impeller Submersible Water Pump for Well Pumping
WORKING PRINCIPLE
QDX submersible pumps are designed with a half-open impeller, making them ideal for both automatic and manual operation. The impeller is mounted on the drive shaft and consists of a rear disc and blades, enclosed by the pump body cover. Fluid enters through the suction strainer, forming the base for the pump. As the fluid moves radially from the center to the outer edge, it gains energy in terms of pressure and speed. Once it exits the impeller, it flows into the volute, where part of the kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy before exiting via the side opening of the pump body.
