QDX Single Phase Multi-Impeller Submersible Water Pump for Well Pumping
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The QDX submersible pump is a centrifugal pump with a half-open impeller design, suitable for both automatic and manual operation. The impeller, mounted on the drive shaft, consists of a rear disc and blades enclosed by the pump housing cover. Fluid enters through the suction strainer, forming the base for the pump. As the fluid moves radially from the center to the outer edge, it gains energy in the form of pressure and speed. After exiting the impeller, the fluid is directed toward the volute, where part of the kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy before being discharged through an opening in the pump body.
