In order to develop the local economy and increase the employment channels of farmers, the researchers proposed that the main raw materials should be taken locally. When this idea was reported to the Institute of Science and Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Science and Technology Department of Guizhou Province, it was immediately approved and listed as a science and technology support project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Because the proportion of elements in more than 20 kinds of minerals is different, it is very difficult to work. Since 2005, they have conducted a general survey of the clay materials found and used in the Bijie Experimental Area, and conducted hundreds of physical and chemical measurements on the main raw materials collected. In order to enhance the complementarity and plasticity between clay minerals, they conducted in-depth research on mineral composition, particle ratio, and firing system, and finally determined the ultra-high porcelain distribution ratio scheme. In the past two years, they repeatedly carried out the comparison of product firing. After completing the small test and the pilot test, the 400kN ultra-high-strength suspension porcelain insulator was finally trial-produced.

Gong Guohong told reporters that in order to ensure the smooth introduction of 400kN ultra-high-strength suspension porcelain insulator products into industrial production, Bijie Regional Administration, Guizhou Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau and Regional Environmental Protection Bureau have paid great attention to the production of this project from the beginning to the end, from the policy and funding Tilt and support. At present, the infrastructures such as the gas plant, the car bottom kiln and the circulating water treatment system required for the production of Bijie Plateau Electric Porcelain Co., Ltd. have started construction.
