The troubleshooting of flow alarm of S&A chiller CW-6000

CW-6000,

Regarding the flow alarm of S&A chiller CW-6000

CW-6000

When the flow alarm ocuurs

The panel will display E6 alarm code

The error code and the temperature will be alternately displayed

ALM OUT

The "ALM OUT" on

It means alarm output status

The alarm sound could be suspended by pressing any button

The troubleshooting of flow alarm as below

Firstly, turn off the power supply of machine

Connect a water hose between water inlet and water oulet

Turn on the machine and observe the working status

If alarm suspends

The outside water circulation pipe is blocked

The water circulation pipe gets bended or blocked

Check the outside water circulation pipe

If the chiller remains alarm

The cause as below

1.Water level inside the tank is too low

Check the water level gause display

Add water until the level shown in the green area

And check whether water circulation pipe leaks

2.Internal water circulation pipe is blocked

Check the internal water circulation pipe

3.The parts of chiller fault
