Function and User Guide

1. The first step is to locate the foreign object in your tire.

2. Remove the object carefully.

3. Apply 2–3 drops of rubber cement on the tip of the reamer, then insert it into the puncture. Work it in and out while twisting to clean and prepare the area. This process may help enlarge the hole for a better fit of the plug. Repeat this 2–3 times to ensure the puncture is clean and properly treated.

4. Take each end of the repair string (about 70mm long), roll the center into the needle eye, and apply 2–3 drops of rubber cement to the needle’s end. Push the needle and string into the puncture until about a quarter-inch of the strip remains outside the tire.

5. Turn the handle 1/4 turn and pull the needle out. The patch should stay inside the tire. Trim the excess part to about 1/8 inch.

6. Use an air compressor to refill the tire with air. Your tire should now be ready to use again.

Important Notice

Please note that this repair kit is intended for temporary use only and should not be used for punctures larger than 1/4". It is recommended to have the tire permanently repaired as soon as possible.

Do not attempt to repair any punctures on the tire's sidewall.
