Function and User Guide
1. The first step is to locate the foreign object in your tire.
2. Remove the object carefully from the tire.
3. Apply 2–3 drops of rubber cement on the tip of the reamer, then insert it into the puncture. Move the reamer in and out while twisting to clean and prepare the hole. This will also help enlarge the puncture so that the plug can fit through. It may be a bit difficult at first, but repeat this process 2–3 times to ensure the area is clean and well-coated with cement.
4. Take each end of the repair string (about 70mm long), which is the plug, and roll the center of the string into the needle eye. Apply 2–3 drops of rubber cement to the end of the needle and push the needle and repair string into the puncture. For smaller punctures, this step might be a bit tricky. Ensure only about a quarter-inch of the strip remains visible outside the tire.
5. Turn the handle 1/4 turn and pull the needle probe out of the tire. The patch should remain inside. Trim the excess repair strip so that only about an eighth of an inch sticks out of the tire.
6. Use an air compressor to inflate the tire back to the correct pressure. Your tire is now ready for use again.
Notice
This repair kit is designed for small punctures only. Do not use it for holes larger than 1/4 inch, as it is only a temporary fix. For permanent repairs, visit a professional service.
