YWC Series Oily Water Treatment Machine
Application 1:The YWC Series Oily Water Treatment Machines (also known as 15ppm marine oil-water separator or 15ppm bilge water separator) are environmental protection equipment developed in accordance with the standards of IMO MEPC 107(49), ensuring that the oil content in effluent water is less than or equal to 15ppm. These machines are high-tech solutions for marine environmental protection, capable of effectively processing bilge water containing various types of fuel oil, high-density residual oil, and emulsified liquid mixtures composed of ferric oxide and surfactants. Their treatment flow rate ranges from 0.25m³ to 5m³. There are nine models available, with the smallest model YWC-0.25 suitable for ships with a displacement of less than 1000T, while the largest model YWC-5.00 can be used on large marine vessels with a displacement exceeding 300,000T.
Application 2:
These machines are widely applied in sewage treatment at ports, wharves, industrial and mining enterprises, such as fine filtration of large volumes of oilfield reinjection water, filtration and advanced treatment of circulating cooling water for power plants and petrochemical facilities, advanced treatment of oil refinery and sewage treatment plant effluents, and filtration treatment of water supply and drainage systems in metallurgy and coal industries. They are also used in other oily water treatment applications requiring large volumes of water and high-precision filtration. The discharge meets the requirements set by national environmental protection agencies.

They integrate fast filtration, high-efficiency oil and water separation, oil coalescing, water purification, and backwashing technology, making them easy to operate and reliable.
They feature fast and efficient oil-water separation using corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant stainless steel diffusers with porous structures and corrugated small oil droplet coalescers with excellent mechanical strength, enabling rapid and efficient separation of oil and water.
The water purification system employs a four-stage treatment process: first, inclined plate and gravity separation; second, fiber filter; third, closed-type fiber filter separation; and finally, ultrafiltration membrane separation. This ensures that the purified water meets the required effluent standards.
The system includes a backwashing device to clean hydrophilic and oleophobic filter materials promptly, maintaining the effectiveness of the fiber filters and extending their service life.
Equipped with comprehensive protection devices, the machine provides protection against pressure, power outages, overvoltage, and undervoltage, ensuring safe operation and preventing accidents.
Highly automated and labor-saving, the machine uses an advanced moisture transducer to control the drainage of the oily water separator. When the water level reaches a preset height after oil and water separation, the water pump automatically drains the water into the water purification system for further treatment.
