YWC Series Oily Water Treatment Machine
Application 1: The YWC Series Oily Water Treatment Machine, also known as a 15ppm marine oil-water separator or 15ppm bilge water separator, is an advanced environmental protection equipment designed in accordance with the standards of IMO MEPC 107(49). It ensures that the oil content in effluent water does not exceed 15ppm. This high-tech machine is ideal for processing bilge water containing various types of fuel oil, heavy residual oil, and emulsified mixtures composed of ferric oxide and surfactants. The treatment flow rate ranges from 0.25m³ to 5m³. There are nine models available, with the smallest model YWC-0.25 suitable for ships with displacement less than 1000T, and the largest model YWC-5.00 suitable for large ships with displacement over 300,000T.
Application 2:
These machines are widely used in sewage treatment at ports, wharfs, industrial and mining enterprises. They are particularly useful for fine filtration of large volumes of reinjection water in oil fields, filtration and advanced treatment of circulating cooling water in power plants and petrochemical facilities, advanced treatment of oil refinery and wastewater treatment plants, and filtration treatment of water supply and drainage systems in metallurgy and coal industries. The treated water meets national environmental protection requirements.

Efficient oil-water separation using corrosion-resistant, high-temperature stainless steel diffusers with porous structures and corrugated oil droplet coalescers with excellent mechanical strength, ensuring fast and efficient separation.
 The water purification system employs a four-stage process: inclined plate and gravity separation, fiber filter, closed-type fiber filter, and ultrafiltration membrane separation. This ensures the water meets the required discharge standards.
 Equipped with a backwashing device to clean hydrophilic and oleophobic filter materials promptly, maintaining the effectiveness of the fiber filters and extending their service life.
 Thorough protection devices ensure safety against pressure, power cuts, overvoltage, and undervoltage, guaranteeing safe operation and accident prevention.
 High automation and labor-saving. Advanced moisture transducers control the drainage of the oily water separator. When the water level reaches a preset height after oil and water separation, the water pump automatically starts to drain the water into the purification system for further processing.
