Installation and maintenance:

Precautions:
1. Regularly eliminate dust and dirt on the explosion-proof lamp housing to improve the light efficiency and heat dissipation performance of the lamp. When cleaning with water spray, the power should be cut off. Never use a dry cloth to scrub the plastic housing (transparent part) of the lamp to prevent static electricity.
2. Check whether the transparent parts have been affected by foreign material, whether the protection network has loosened, stripped, and corroded. If so, use should be stopped and repaired and replaced in time.
3. The light source should be turned off in a timely manner to notify the light to be replaced, so as to avoid the ballast and other electrical components being in an abnormal state for a long period of time because the light source cannot be started.
4. If the accumulated water in the cavity of the lamp used in the humid environment should be cleared in time, replace the sealing parts to ensure the protective performance of the enclosure.
5. When you open the lamp cover, you should press the warning board to open the cover after turning off the power.
6. After opening the cover, check whether the flameproof joint surface is intact, whether the rubber seal is hardened or becomes sticky, whether the wire insulation layer is green and carbonized, and whether the insulation and electrical components are deformed and burned. If these problems are found, they should be promptly repaired and replaced.
7. Before applying the cover, apply a damp cloth (not excessively wet) to light the light and transparent parts of the light fixture to improve the light efficiency of the light fixture. A layer of 204-1 displacement rust preventive oil should be applied thinly on the flameproof joint surface. When the lid is closed, attention should be paid to whether the sealing ring plays a sealing role in the original position.
