Just saw that Grayslake Engine 2727 rolled into town on July 19, 2018, and it's now stationed at Fire Station #1. This rig is a real workhorse! It’s a Rosenbauer Commander cab and chassis setup, powered by a Cummins engine. It’s equipped with a 750-gallon water tank and a robust 1500-gallon-per-minute Waterous pump. On top of that, it also has a Class A foam system for tackling various types of fires.

The Grayslake Fire Department really outdid themselves with this one. It’s clear they’re investing in state-of-the-art equipment to keep the community safe. I think this will make a big difference in how they handle emergency situations.
