Tester operation steps

Open the computer and double-click the Sulfur Tester program to open the Sulfur Tester program interface. (Note: Observe the temperature display on the Sulfur Tester program interface. Check that the temperature display shows that the sulfur meter is connected to the computer.)

2. Computer Sulfur Tester Start-up Procedure 1. Turn on the sulfur analyzer power supply 2. The sulfur analyzer has been connected to the computer.)

3. Add the electrolyte (note: the electrolyte should not be added too much, add two centimeters to the electrolysis pole piece that can drown the electrolytic cell.)

4. Turn on the stirring purifier stirring knob (Note: The stirring speed should not be too fast or too slow, stir until the bubbles can all stir well.)

5.Airway regulation: adjust the flowmeter knob to adjust the flowmeter to the required flow rate of 1min/L. (Note: pinch the reducer to the air pipe between the filters to check whether the air path leaks, if the flowmeter can drop At the very end, the gas path is normal, and if it is not normal, it can be tested normally after troubleshooting.)

6. The above several steps can be normal to wait for the temperature to rise to 1050 degrees (Note: time is about 30 minutes.) The next step.

III. Automatic Sulfur Detector Waste Sample Experiment 1. Weigh 50.0 mg of high-sulfur coal sample (note: 1% - 2%) on the surface of the porcelain boat and thinly coat a thin layer of tungsten trioxide and put it into the sulfur analyzer. The sample delivery port is covered with a sampling cap (Note: "Microcomputer operation mode" moves the cursor to the sample weight input box to enter sample weight and sample number, and click "Start".)

2.2. Samples can be sampled with non-zero results. (Note: If it is a zero result, you need to make a waste sample to know that there is a non-zero result. If the waste sample result is zero for many times, you need to replace the electrolyte.)

3. Above normal can enter the next operation.

IV. Sulfur meter sample preparation steps 1. Correct the balance.

2. As the standard calibration sulfur analyzer: Weigh two high-sulfur standards and two low-sulfur standards to ensure that the data is correct.

3. Remove the prepared sample and mix it with a spoon to ensure that the measured data is accurate.

4. Two samples shall be weighed for each sample, and the surface plus tungsten trioxide (50.0 mg) will be comparable when sampled to ensure accurate laboratory data.

5. Note: Before the next sample is weighed, the medicine spoon must be wiped clean with absorbent cotton to prevent the previous sample from interfering with the next sample.

V. Microprocessor One-Shot Sulfur Meter Shutdown Procedure 1. Exit the computer's Sulfur Tester program interface.

2. Release the electrolyte from the cell.

3. Note: Clean the electrolysis cell (with distilled water) daily. The electrolytic cell is an important port for the sulfur analyzer to collect data.

4. Turn off the instrument's power supply and the main power supply. The sulfur test is completed.
