This just came through from Dennis McGuire, Jr.:
The old tower ladder from Calumet Park is set to be back in action soon with the Storey County Fire Department, located northeast of Carson City, Nevada. Now, there was some earlier talk about an oil company purchasing it, but it seems like that might not have panned out. Instead, the vehicle is getting a fresh makeover. Fire Trucks Unlimited is handling the repaint job, giving it a new blue color with a white stripe to match the department's official colors.
