2-1. Basic Introduction of waste tire recycling Rubber Refining Mill
Reclaimed rubber is one of the important ways to recycle and comprehensively utilize waste tires (rubber). It can replace part of unvulcanized rubber for producing various rubber products, or we can use 100% reclaimed rubber to produce low-grade rubber products.
One key difference from the open mixing mill is that the roller is of a waist drum model and is mainly used for removing impurities from reclaimed rubber.
2-2. Features of waste tire recycling Rubber Refining Mill
This machine consists of two rollers (waist drum model), base, frame, rack, transmission device, bearing, lubrication device, hard-teeth reducer, temperature adjustment device for the rollers, emergency button, foot brake, rip brake, etc.
1. Two rollers are made from chilled cast iron, with a smooth surface that is highly polished and scratch-resistant due to cutting knives; high hardness and wear-resistant;
2. The roller has a hollow structure, allowing temperature adjustment via steam or cooling water depending on different requirements;
3. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent damage to major components caused by overloading;
4. The machine also includes an emergency device. In case of an emergency, simply pull the safety rod, and the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable;
5. The machine is equipped with a scraper and wind-up unit, which can remove reclaimed rubber from the wind-up roller.

OULI MACHINE warrants all products manufactured by OULI MACHINE to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months or 36 months after the original purchase price, if repair or replacement is not practically possible. The OULI MACHINE warranty covers only the product itself.
OULI MACHINE will not assume liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses.
Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by OULI MACHINE. OULI MACHINE will not repair products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
Q4: What about OULI overseas service?
