PEEK is a high temperature resistant thermoplastic, with high glass transition temperature (143℃) and melting point (334℃), load heat deformation temperature up to 316℃ (30% glass fiber or carbon fiber reinforced grade)
PEEK is widely used in petroleum, food processing, automobile, aerospace and other fields with its excellent electrical properties, mechanical properties, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and so on.

PEEK can be sterilized by convenient disinfection methods (steam, drying heat, ethanol and Y-ray), and the raw materials of PEEK meet the requirements of the European Union and the United States FDA for food suitability. These characteristics make it very popular in the medical, pharmaceutical and food processing industries.
2, PEeK-5600LF30 (black) add PTFE, graphite and carbon fiber results, make
Peek-5600lf30 becomes bearing grade plastic. Its superior friction properties (low friction coefficient, wear resistance, high peak pressure limit) make this grade an ideal material for friction applications.
3, PEEK-5600GF30 (brown gray) the material filled with 30% glass fiber reinforced plastic, has better rigidity and creep resistance than PEEK5600G, as well as better dimensional stability, the manufacturing of structural parts is ideal. It can withstand fixed load for a long time at high temperature. If the PEEK-5600GF30 is used as a sliding part, its adaptability should be carefully checked because the glass fiber scratches the mating surface.
4, PEeK-5600CF30 (black) The material filled with 30% carbon fiber reinforced, has better mechanical properties than PeeK-5600GF30 (higher elastic modulus, mechanical strength and creep) and more wear resistance, And the carbon-fiber reinforced plastic has 3.5 times the thermal conductivity of the unreinforced PEEK plastic and dissipates heat faster from the bearing surface.
