2-1. Basic Introduction of Waste Tire Recycling Rubber Refining Mill
Reclaimed rubber is one of the important ways of recycling and comprehensively utilizing waste tires (rubber). It can replace part of unvulcanized rubber to produce various rubber products, or it can be used entirely for producing low-grade rubber products.
One key difference from the open mixing mill is that the roller is of a waist drum model and is mainly used for removing impurities from reclaimed rubber.
2-2. Features of Waste Tire Recycling Rubber Refining Mill
This machine consists of two rollers (waist drum model), base, frame, rack, transmission device, bearing, lubrication device, hard-teeth reducer, roller temperature adjustment device, emergency button, foot brake, rip brake, etc.
1. Two rollers are made from chilled cast iron, with a smooth surface polished by cutting knives, high hardness, and wear-resistant;
2. The roller has a hollow structure, allowing temperature adjustment via steam or cooling water based on different requirements;
3. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent damage to major components due to overloading;
4. The machine is also equipped with an emergency device. In case of an accident, pulling the safety rod will stop the machine immediately, ensuring safety and reliability;
5. The machine is equipped with a scraper and wind-up unit, which helps remove reclaimed rubber from the wind-up roller.

OULI MACHINE will not assume liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses.
Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by OULI MACHINE. OULI MACHINE will not repair products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
