Application
The HHO Oxyhydrogen technology utilizes water as a medium to electrolyze it into hydrogen (H2) and oxygen (O2), which are then combusted to form an Oxyhydrogen flame. This flame can reach temperatures of up to 2800°C, enabling fast and efficient welding. The quality and speed of the Oxyhydrogen flame welding surpass that of traditional liquid gases. Since the combustion of HHO produces only water vapor, it is an environmentally friendly and safe option for both users and the environment.
1. Control System
The manipulator control system is equipped with digital controls, offering ease of operation, precise control, and compatibility with other equipment for seamless linkage control.
2. Customer-Oriented Design
Based on customer requirements, the system can be customized with an electrical extension unit inside the telescopic arm operator's seat and safety ladders. It also supports various tracking and monitoring systems, arc oscillation, and flux recovery devices.
3. Types of Welding Manipulators
Welding manipulators are available in three sizes: small, medium, and heavy. They come in four structural forms: fixed, fixed rotating, fixed mobile, and mobile rotating.
