From the Chi-Town Fire Photos page:
I just came across some photos taken during a box alarm incident in Worth on February 8th, 2019. The fire broke out on the first floor of an apartment building, but thankfully, the initial responding units managed to control it pretty quickly. One interesting detail I noticed is that Chicago Ridge Engine 6504 made a few strategic cuts in the roof above the stairwell area. It’s always fascinating to see how firefighters work together under pressure.
Check out these images below—each one gives a different perspective of the scene. You can really tell how focused and coordinated everyone was throughout the operation. These photos are a great reminder of the hard work and dedication firefighters put in every day, often putting themselves in harm's way to keep our communities safe.
