Automatic Copper Wire Recycling Machine(also named Scrap Copper Wire/Cable Granulator) is specialized in recycling scrap copper wires or cables,whose diameter should be below 25mm,such as Auto Electric Wire,Motorcycle Electric Wire,Computer Wire and other various miscellaneous material cables,communication cables etc.The recycling rate can reach 99.9%.
This machine is consist of Crusher, Dust Cleaner, Crushed Material Conveyor, Separator, Pressure-reducing Blower, Dust Collector, Output Unit, and the Underbed.
 
2.Working procedures of Copper Wire Recycling Machine With  CO Certificate
1).The wires/cables are crushed by crusher to have plastic skin and copper granules.
2).The granules (mixture of copper and plastic) are conveyed to the separator, during which procedure the plastic granules (including fiber, rope, or tapes, etc. mixed in the wires) are cleaned by the dust cleaner.
3).The separator is consist of separating board, eccentric device, adjustable amplitude device,and speed adjustable motor, etc. It is used to separate plastic and copper granules.
4).All the units are installed on the underbed to form a whole structure, easy for transportation. The machine is adjusted ready for production before shipment, and customer only need to connect it to the power supply.
