Development of standard materials for methyl parathion series solution in anhydrous ethanol

Organophosphorus pesticides are phosphorus-containing organic compounds used to control plant diseases and insect pests. This type of pesticide has many varieties, high efficacy, wide application, easy decomposition, and generally does not accumulate in humans and animals, and is a very important class of compounds in pesticides. However, many of the organophosphorus pesticides have acute acute toxicity to humans and animals, and special care must be taken when using them. Due to the widespread use of such pesticides in agricultural production, there is also a risk of contamination in environmental waters.

Flame luminosity-gas chromatography is the main analytical method for detecting organophosphorus pesticide residues in environmental water. GB/T 30431-2013 "Laboratory Gas Chromatograph" and JJG700-2016 "Gas Chromatograph" use absolute ethanol-A The performance of the gas chromatograph equipped with flame photometric detector (FPD) was evaluated by the base parathion solution. The series concentration of methyl parathion-anhydrous ethanol solution developed by Jiangsu Institute of Metrology was in accordance with the flame photometric detector. The linear range (phosphorus) detection requirements are easy to use.

Under the support of the “13th Five-Year” National Key R&D Program project “Environment, Consumer Product Monitoring Contaminants and Restricted Substance Standard Substances”, Jiangsu Metrology Institute conducted a careful study in the field of organophosphorus standard materials. The grade identification is the first time that the Jiangsu Metrology Institute has passed the identification of the reference materials for the solution, and will provide strong technical support to relevant instrument manufacturers in Jiangsu Province.
