In the seed germination box test, three hybrid rice seeds with three different varieties as the female parent were selected for pollination. The purpose was to observe the hybrid seeds that were produced by the female parents in different pollinations. The seeds were cut and engraved, and the seed shells were cut. The effects of seed soaking in concentrated sulfuric acid for 0.5 hours and soaking in distilled water, etc., have an effect on the seed germination. The test results of the seed germination box showed that the hybrid seed between different cultivars had a slightly different response to the same treatment.

However, the effect of the four treatments on the germination of the seed germination box was very consistent. Among them, the quasi-cutting seed shell (ie seed coat) had the best treatment effect, and the germination rate was 70-100%, followed by cutting seeds. Shell treatment, the germination rate is about 50%, concentrated sulfuric acid soaking seeds for 0.5 hours, the worst treatment effect, the germination rate is only 10-15%, wherein the seed germination box control treatment in the blue varieties of the pollination seeds, only one group of germination At a rate of 5%, those who germinated in the control treatment were seeded with thin seed coats, and the other two breeds were left alone.

In addition, two kinds of chemical treatments and cut-cut shell treatments were selected to promote the comparison of seed germination effects. The seed germination box test results showed that soaking seeds with 3% hydrogen peroxide had no obvious effect on improving the germination rate of sweet potato hybrid seeds, while the concentrated sulfuric acid treatment had a certain effect compared with the control, in which the germination rate increased by 1 hour compared to 0.5 hour. 5%. The soaking effect of concentrated sulfuric acid was only slightly higher than that of the distilled water soaking control. However, the best effect is still cutting seed shell treatment. The germination rate of sweet potato in the seed germination box is as high as 95%.
