Talking about the condition monitoring of the blower system

The blower monitoring system monitors the operating status of the entire system, determines critical parameters, implements interlock protection, and performs accident alarm, logging, and critical trip processing. The main protection features are:

1) When the stall protection unit has low speed, it will alarm in time, and immediately control the fan vane to close to 14b position, and then trip if it exceeds.

2) Countercurrent protection monitors the running condition of the fan, and there is countercurrent flow, counting, timing and alarming immediately. If the countercurrent continues for 5s, the damper will be fully opened; if the countercurrent continues for 20s, it will immediately trip and stop.

3) The shaft protection monitors the position of the fan shaft. When the machine shaft moves to 0.4mm, it will alarm. When it reaches 0.8mm, it will trip.

4) High wind pressure and low oil pressure protection monitor the wind pressure and lubricating oil pressure at the outlet of the fan. When the wind pressure is high or the oil pressure is low, the relevant equipment is started separately. If the threshold value is exceeded, it will trip and stop.

5) Speed detection and overspeed protection use double speed detection probe, use software to judge its correctness and fault diagnosis, error alarm, overspeed trip.

The main monitoring functions are: monitoring the entire system status parameter about 60 points, after latching, processing, controlling the alarm light board, siren, etc., the warning system has memory, silence, recovery and function. In order to record the sequence of the first fault and various state changes quickly and accurately, the software uses the signal jump to trigger the FIFO stack storage mode for recording. The alarm sequence resolution reaches 10ms, and the information is saved to the upper computer and removed. Improve the speed and level of accident diagnosis.
