We use 3, 4 & 5 axis indexed milling processes to manufacture parts from more than 30 engineering-grade plastics and metals. These machines are capable of drilling, tapping, milling, turning, boring, and grinding all kinds of materials and can harness multiple tools via our multi-tool changer. 3. How does the ADL control the quality?
A: During processing, operators inspect each size themselves. After the first whole part is completed, it will be shown to QA for full inspection. Before shipment, QA will inspect according to ISO sampling standards for mass production.
4. What's the payment term?
A: 50% deposit, 50% balance by T/T before shipment when order amount exceeds 5000 USD.
5. What's the delivery time?
A: Normally, 3-7 working days for samples. 12-30 working days for mass production. If urgent, we can provide preferential processing and adjust the delivery time as required.
6. What is the standard of packaging?
A: Separate blister plastic box or bubble wrap/pearl wool to prevent scratches and damage. Outer packaging with wooden case or as per product. Or as per customer requirements, in perfect condition.
