This allows the engine to start within seconds, even in freezing temperatures. Chen Wei emphasizes that his invention is not only energy-efficient but also safe and environmentally friendly. Unlike traditional methods, it produces no open flame, smoke, or emissions. This makes it a sustainable alternative, especially for large vehicles. According to reports from the Hohhot Bus Company, each bus typically consumes about 4 cubic meters of natural gas per day in winter, costing around 8 yuan. With the engine heater, this cost can be reduced by up to 75%, making it a game-changer for fleet operators in cold regions.
