Compared with the "Guidance Opinion", the biggest change in the "Administrative Measures" opinion draft is to postpone the disclosure time of the vehicle maintenance technical information, in which the new car is given a six-month buffer period.
One of the drafters of the opinion draft, the former director of the Motor Vehicle Management Office of the Beijing Municipal Transportation Administration, Qu Hua, said in an interview with reporters on February 28: "The Administrative Measures are the first to promote the effective implementation of the "Guidance Opinions". Passenger cars and bus models with an annual sales volume of less than 500 vehicles and truck models with a sales volume of less than 100 vehicles are expected to be undisclosed, but paper, CD-ROM, etc. should be prepared for the user's request.
