The newly formed Guotie Jixun Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the construction and operation of the EMU Wi-Fi platform, which will provide passengers with integrated platform, online and offline coordinated travel services, including Wi-Fi services, leisure culture and entertainment, news information. Online ordering, featured e-commerce, joint travel, smart retail, etc. In the new company, Geely Holding and Tencent accounted for 49% of the total.
