First, the reasons for mining coal drop channel

The runner is a fault that often occurs in the operation of the shearer. For a shearer that does not have a guide tube but is guided by the slides on both sides of the bottom bracket, it is particularly prone to occur.

(1) The conveyor is unevenly laid, not straight, causing the bottom of the wind and the bottom of the cut to cause the runway.

(2) The bottom bracket is skewed and the guide plate is deformed.

(3) When cutting coal, the cutter cuts the coal upwards, and the coal gives the teeth a downward pressure, so that the machine tilts toward the coal side, causing the runway. In the same way, when it is up, it floats the knife and goes down to the goaf.

(4) The underside of the body is stuck with large pieces of coal, rock and wood, and the shearer is jacked up and down.

(5) The installation angle of the drum end disc pick is too small or the wear is severe, which increases the cutting resistance and makes the machine body fall down.

(6) When cutting hard coal or stone, it will fall due to the body beating.

(7) The conveyor chute is damaged, so that the butt joints cause the runway.

(8) Due to the change of the slope of the working face and the skew of the conveyor, the direction of the traction wire rope is inconsistent with the direction of the conveyor, so that the shearer is down.

These factors are the main causes of the mining machine's runway, and sometimes they coexist and cause the shearer to fall.

Second, the processing method of the coal mining machine

(1) Hydraulic jacks can be used to lift the machine up, lining it with wooden rafts, and then squashing with crowbars; also using the role of levers, using the wooden column to smash the shearer; or in the coal machine shoe pads following short section of small iron objects like road traction and help to guide the lower chute shearer.

(2) The on-site driver often adopts the wooden column jacking method, and one end of the wooden column is placed on the scraper of the conveyor, and the other end of the wooden column is inclined at the end of the machine (the head or the traction part), the wooden column The slope and direction of the top are determined by the extent and direction of the landing. After the top of the wooden column is firmly locked, the conveyor can be started (or pulled by the shearer itself), and the coal mining machine can “lift the head” and be pushed by the wooden column to the side to make the shearer go on the road. However, this method must be placed in a firm position to avoid damage to parts such as chutes and conveyor scrapers.

(3) When cutting the tribal road, place the wooden pillar under the rocker arm, and then operate the rocker arm to descend. Due to the cushioning action of the wooden pillar, the body is raised, and the body is squared by the crowbar.

Third, the preventive measures of the coal mining machine runner

(1) Level and straighten the conveyor, replace the damaged and deformed guide plates, and replace the picks in time.

(2) Reduce the traction speed when cutting hard coal and pay attention to eliminating large coal and vermiculite from the working face.
