Second, the working principle:
1. The indoor air is pressed into the static pressure box by the multi-blade forward adjustable fan through the pre-filter, and then pressed by the high efficiency air filter to enter the working area with a uniform cross-section wind speed to blow out the dust in the working area. A clean working environment is formed in the area.
2. High-efficiency air filters have high filtration efficiency for bacteria, so the air sent into the work area is sterile and dust-free air, thus creating a sterile environment in the work area.
3. The ultraviolet germicidal lamp installed on the diffuser board on the wind surface can effectively kill the bacteria remaining in the work area.

Fourth, use:
1. This equipment should be used in an environment where the cleanliness level is not less than 10,000.
2. Before the equipment is used, the equipment shall be tested for cleanliness and colony count. When confirming that the two indicators meet the technical parameters, they can be used.
3. After the power is turned on, press the switch button shown on the control panel. The air volume adjustment button is used to change the supply air volume. Before the work, the air volume can be adjusted to a larger position. When working, the air volume can be adjusted as required to achieve the desired wind speed.
4. After the fan is started, the equipment should be allowed to self-purify for 10-20 minutes to start work. When the lamp is self-cleaning, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp should be turned on to sterilize the working area. When working, the switch can be turned on to the lighting position.
5, After the work is completed, the power should be cut off.
Fifth, maintenance:
1. Regularly check the purification efficiency of the work area, the number of colonies, and the wind speed in the work area (usually three to six months).
2. When it is found that the wind speed becomes smaller, the surface of the pre-filter should be checked first for blackness. If it is black, it indicates that the pre-filter contains more dust and the resistance increases, that is, the non-woven fabric inside the pre-filter should be removed for cleaning or Exchange.
3. When the non-woven fabric is exchanged or cleaned, the increase in the wind speed still means that the resistance of the high-efficiency filter increases. At this time, the air volume button can be adjusted to increase the air volume of the fan, thereby increasing the wind speed at the air supply surface.
4. When the air volume adjustment button is adjusted to the maximum but the wind speed cannot be increased, it means that the high efficiency filter has been completely blocked and the high efficiency air filter must be replaced.
5. When replacing a high-efficiency air filter, pay attention to whether the model of high-efficiency air filtration is correct and recognize the arrow mark on the high-efficiency filter. The arrow should point in the air flow direction.
6. After replacing the high efficiency air filter, it is necessary to confirm that there is no leakage of the frame. And system testing, after reaching the technical indicators can be normal work.
7, regular inspection of electrical lines, if any fault should be ruled out.
