As a result, Shanghai Boiler became the first manufacturer in China to receive the ASME N, NPT, and NS stamps—three internationally recognized certifications for the production of civilian nuclear pressure equipment. These certifications are issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Nuclear Power Organization and are considered authoritative in the nuclear industry worldwide. Previously, most domestic manufacturers only held the ASME S stamp (for boilers) or U and U2 stamps (for chemical pressure vessels). The new ASME N, NPT, and NS stamps signify a significant upgrade in the company’s technical standards and market credibility.
